Spent a few hours at Freeman Park at Carolina Beach! Loved the seclusion of the beach. Dogs were very well behaved off leash and people seemed to enjoy seeing the dogs play. Only downside was the parking! Because we didn’t have a 4 x4 vehicle, we had to park a block away and it was still pricey. Rates change in November.
