My 3 dogs and I stayed at Aloha Inn for 2 nights while in Arroyo Grande for a dog sport event. The man at the front desk was very nice, rooms were clean with comfortable beds. Despite the freeway noise which the AC drowns out pretty well, it was quiet, though the hotel seemed to be pretty full. Have stayed here 2 previous times and have always felt safe taking the dogs out to walk around the block at 10PM.

Room was large and clean. Bed was very comfortable and staff very helpful and friendly. A downside is the only dog walking was in parking lots and the hotel really had no dog lawn like so many do. That said, I did feel safe taking dogs out on a final parking lot walk around both the hotel and entertainment center parking lot before bed.

I have stayed here several times with my two 50 lb dogs. Room has always been clean and I love the fact the floors are not carpeted. Never had a problem bringing the dogs and the area is safe enough to walk them before bed. There are places to eat nearby and a very nice park just a short car trip away. Only negative last trip was a storm front came in and power was lost early in the evening and out all night so it was cold and dark; they did not seem to have any generator to power any sort of emergency lights. Good thing I do travel with a flashlight.

I was attending a weekend dog show in Nicolaus with two dogs about 50 lbs each. It was a quick hop onto the freeway and about an 18 min drive to get there from the hotel. The hotel was very clean and in an area that I felt safe walking the dogs after dark. Tons of places to eat near by and many within walking distance. While on the more expensive side it was a great place to stay with dogs. I had a suite which made it feel more like home so even the dogs seemed more relaxed then they do on hotel stays that are just one room.
