Great Location

I have stayed here twice and both times there have been issues. First time the room was not cleaned before we arrived and I told I would be compensated. I was not.
We stayed here again as the location is great and it’s really not all that bad.
This time our heater was broken in the middle of winter!
Thankfully I had a portable heater in my car so we survived. As the maintenance guy on duty that night just stated our heater Needed to recharge!
The second night I let them know it’s still broke and they say they will have someone come check in the morning. I gave my permission for them to come check in the am when I was at work.
When I returned the heater was still broken.
I went to the front desk and Andrew was very rude and hostile. Making it out that they Did me this large favor allowing me to stay in their hotel with my dog! The manager was very appalled by his behavior and “upgraded” my room. My last night here and we are now in a dog friendly room, with dog bed and all! This is what I should have been in since day 1!!!
So frustrating
