Nice suites, poor staff

Smoky gem
Quality Inn Branson - Hwy 76 CentralVery old MOTEL but room nicely decorated, clean, and cozy to dog relief area. No bags. Our issue was EVERYONE smoked: desk clerks, maids, staff, all in breezeways, outside check-in, walking behind carts. Difficult not to inhale cigarette smoke getting from point A to B on the premises. Although we had an unexpected smoke alarm due to a water leak, the area on front of our door had a 24/7 puddle. Staff was kind to supply 4 additional towels. Older jewel, just excessive smoke for this asthmatic. The nugget: breakfast here was the best in 4 states!

Great Grass
Crowne Plaza Albuquerque an IHG HotelSeveral dog relief areas, very clean, green grass, and a few poolside inside courtyard for safety late at night. Clean rooms with no previous pet carpet stains and comfy accommodations. Dogs loved the balcony!

Don't bother!
Motel 6 Hobbs NM - Event Center2 hours before our arrival we received a call that they didn't have our room available, regardless of our guaranteed, prepaid reservation for our one night online reserved stay on our trip home. No excuse, no refund, no customer service for our en route cancellation on their part. Very disappointed with the short notice on a guaranteed reservation. Be aware!!!!!
