Lovely room, excellent staff, delicious breakfast, and geese out at pond north east area of property. Great pet walking hotel grounds!!! My two cockers loved the geese! Only negative feedback is excessive trash in grassy areas, requested bag refills 4x, and monthly resident parks massive truck outside the side door making sidewalk egress difficult 🥴

Enjoyed the en suite Jacuzzi, comfy bed, and view from the deck. However, no TV reception, expensive dog fee considering free roaming camp pets outside our door, and no buffalo visible from our balcony as advertised.

No signal on 95% TV channels, cold/ sparse breakfast, non maintained pet relief area, excessive pet fee, and poor staff customer service.

Very old MOTEL but room nicely decorated, clean, and cozy to dog relief area. No bags. Our issue was EVERYONE smoked: desk clerks, maids, staff, all in breezeways, outside check-in, walking behind carts. Difficult not to inhale cigarette smoke getting from point A to B on the premises. Although we had an unexpected smoke alarm due to a water leak, the area on front of our door had a 24/7 puddle. Staff was kind to supply 4 additional towels. Older jewel, just excessive smoke for this asthmatic. The nugget: breakfast here was the best in 4 states!

Several dog relief areas, very clean, green grass, and a few poolside inside courtyard for safety late at night. Clean rooms with no previous pet carpet stains and comfy accommodations. Dogs loved the balcony!

2 hours before our arrival we received a call that they didn't have our room available, regardless of our guaranteed, prepaid reservation for our one night online reserved stay on our trip home. No excuse, no refund, no customer service for our en route cancellation on their part. Very disappointed with the short notice on a guaranteed reservation. Be aware!!!!!

Welcoming staff and pleasant security personnel. Room very spacious and clean.
