Great Place
Leblanc's Cajun KitchenToo cold to sit on the patio so doggos had to stay in the car, but the food was sooo good! And the patio area is plenty big and cozy if we did have dogs out there.
Nice
Apalachicola Dog ParkHave taken our dogs there a few times visiting the area. Always clean and mowed. Only one other dog today, so not busy during the week.
Great Playtime
Lakeview Paw ParkNice shady park, very large separate areas for large and small dogs. Picnic tables and benches. Well kept. Water and poo bags are available. Dogs and people we encountered were friendly. We would definitely go back.
Ok For Dogs
Sarasota Winter Carnival & BazaarNot overly large event. Some interesting new products including a couple of dog product vendors. Quite a few vendors gave out dog biscuits and had to pet our dogs. Sarasota Veterinary was there giving out free stuff. (Our dogs got bandanas). It was a little tight so had to keep eyes open for other dogs in the aisles. Overall good experience.
Great Dog Park And Beach
Dog Park Beach at Fort de Soto ParkWe had a great visit to this dog park. Large fenced area for small dogs separate from bigger area for larger dogs. Beach area is combined but we had no problems with any of the dogs there. Our two love swimming and the water was calm so they had a blast. Hose to rinse them with fresh water was available in the fenced in area. We drove up from Sarasota about an hour but well worth the trip! Will be back!
Great Choice
Three Birds TavernPlenty if seating for lunch on the dog friendly patio. Dog friendly staff. Good food and drinks. Definitely recommend! We actually walked downtown and then back for dessert!
No Such Event
The Collective! A Shabby Chic Retailer Pop UpWent to the location and there was just an indoor mall. No popups, no dogs allowed. 😢
