Very nice stay!
La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Chattanooga - East RidgeRoom was clean and well appointed. Our dog and cat were very comfortable. Yes we could hear other dogs barking occasionally but that’s what they do. Pet rooms are all together on the 1st floor. Reception/lobby is actually on the 2nd level when you come into the hotel. Housekeeping staff was hard at work each morning and very pleasant. Will definitely stay again.

Good Stay
Baymont by Wyndham LimonWe were very pleased that our request for a ground floor room had been accommodated as traveling with a dog that needs to go potty outside can be challenging when waiting for an elevator. Staff member upon check in was helpful recommending dinner right across the street at Oscar’s. Room was nice and we could see our vehicles right outside the window. Upon checkout the next morning the front desk was not staffed however a note was posted about a skeleton crew and to use the guest phone for assistance but there was no answer. Ended up leaving our room keys on the desk. I hope they can get more staff soon, I know it’s been difficult these days to get people to show up for work. Good stay all in all and they met our needs for traveling with our dog and cat.

Just Ok
La Quinta by Wyndham Casper Event Center AreaThe best part about this stay was that my dog and car were welcome. Upon arrival we found the area to be under construction. We were told our room was closest to the far end entrance of the building which was thoughtful. However, the outdoor lighting was poor, the 8” of snow had not been shoveled or removed from the entrance and we couldn’t tell where the ramp or walkway was and tripped on the curb. The sidewalk right in front of the door wasn’t cleared and once inside, you had to walk with wet snow covered boots on an already wet tile floor. The staff had not put down a mat until the morning after several guests complained of slipping. The room had an odor, the AC/heater made a buzzing noise throughout the night and the front cover was falling off of the unit, there were cracks on the walls in the bathroom, the lamp shades in the room had stains and rips. If it wasn’t 9pm and we hadn’t just driven 6 hrs we would have gone somewhere else.

Always great at Drury!
Drury Inn & Suites Mt VernonCheck-in is always a breeze at the Drury no matter what state we go to. Staff is friendly, rooms are always clean and my pets (dog & cat) are welcome. Our room was on the 4th floor this time which made it hard for my 9 1/2 yr old doxie-Bassett mix to hold it while we waited for the elevator and had to walk around to the side of the building to find some grass. Would stay here again and request a first floor room. Thank you!
