Adequate

Motel 6 Yuma AZ - East

Not a bad spot, but the door was really impossible to open and close. I was afraid a few times that I would be stuck either inside or outside. There was no one at front desk upon checking out, so couldn't notify them.

Great!

Arrowwood Resort at Cedar Shore

Love this spot for a quick stopover on a long roadtrip! Second time staying. Consistently great.

Just don't

Red Garter Hotel & Casino by Red Lion Hotels

The room itself was clean and comfortable. But, the WiFi cut out once you got beyond the lobby, which reeked of smoke, of course, because it is a casino. There was no microwave, mini fridge or coffee maker in room. There was no deadbolt on the inside of the room, and the entire place was all but deserted. If I hadn't had my big dog with me, as a single woman traveling alone, I wouldn't have dared to stay here. It was just beyond creepy.

Surprisingly lovely

Holiday Inn Rock Springs by IHG

I've become accustomed to a certain degree of shabbiness in these small western town hotels. This one surprised me by being clean, modern, and having plenty of staff on hand. Would stay here again for a rest along a long drive.

Better options available

Quality Inn Gillette I-90 East

I've stayed In Gillette, WY a few times on my travels. I keep ending up on the "wrong side of the tracks." This hotel was old, shabby and in a really rundown side of town. If you want a cheap place to crash, it's ok, but there are better options available near the freeway. Next time I'll try the La Quinta or other newer hotel across town.

So cozy!

Snug Harbor Inn

I stayed here with my mom and dog on a short trip to Door County. Wonderful little cabin right on a gorgeous harbor. There jacuzzi tub is in the middle of the bedroom, so not something I'd try out if I'm traveling with a friend or family.

Perfect Way To Discover Denver

Downtown Denver's Best Walking Tour

Austin was a fabulous host and tour guide! he was happy to meet my dog, and was great company! very informative tour and a perfect way to see the city. we found lots of spots that we were able to go back and check out after the tour. I would recommend this to anyone. we ended up covering about 5 miles on the tour, which surprised me, because it didn’t seem like it.

Convenient Location

Quality Inn Holly Springs South

Good for easy on off access and clean/comfortable. It would have been nice if they had had a pet pickup station near the open field, as it might have encouraged more negligent dog owner 2 pick up their pups poop.

Nice And Shady

Dog Park at Chaplin Community Park

This is a beautiful, very small, dog park. It was cool and cloudy the day we visited, but I can see how it would be very popular during the warmer months as it is nicely shaded all over. Very well maintained and clean. The directions on BringFido did not bring us to the right spot, so be sure to take the directions from the website instead.

Great Beach

Burkes Beach

Django enjoyed his first ocean encounter. Met some friendly dogs, rolled in some smelly seaweed and sampled the water (yuk!).

Too Much Activity

Red Roof Inn Shelbyville

For a traveler with a large dog with a deep bark, the CONSTANT activity outside our door all night was not conducive to sleep, for either my dog or I. They forgot to tell the previous occupant that this was a non smoking facility.
Cross Red Roof Inn off of our list of travel options. Yuck!

Everything We Needed!

Comfort Suites Bloomington I-55 and I-74

Nice clean, comfortable hotel with all the features we needed for an overnight stop on our journey. We were given a room on the first floor, steps from the back entrance, where there was a large field to exercise. Two queen beds in the room, so Django was very happy to have his own bed for the night. The front desk staff even asked me to bring Django up for a visit after we got settled in. They were “properly admiring” and gave him a nice bit of attention after a long drive.
