Disappointed

Visiting Oakland with our 15-lb maltipoo, we wanted to check out this dog run since it had a section for small dogs. We could not even enter to park, as there was so much broken glass and garbage at the entrance. We saw two large dogs there, and no small dogs. it’s right be the highway.
