Medium sized fully fenced park
Umbach Off-Leash Dog ParkIncludes a really great fenced in agility park within the park. Usually busy, includes a trail through the trees.
Great communication and results
Sit Stay SquatI got a personalized program to work on my dogs structure and I was beyond happy with the results. all online, included videos and a clear easy plan to follow. She was super communicative throughout!
Off leash trails
Patricia RavineGreat views, access to the river. A large area and has a loop trail! Lots of access points to the trails from neighbourhoods. The trail has steep incline and declines. Bike friendly.
Lots of space and trails!
Terwillegar ParkLoads of space, trails and has water access in more than one spot. It can get busy at peak times and is also considered a bike park and an off leash dog park. You can spend hours here where you can find quiet trails or go to the large field to find people and dogs enjoying the park.
If you need a fenced park last minute, this is “good enough”
Paisley Dog ParkReally small and really busy! It can be quite overwhelming, a bunch of dogs crammed into a small space. There is a little small dog area separate from the general dog area though. Some agility equipment is available but with it being so busy it’s not realistic to use. Not maintained well but that may just from how busy/used the park is.
Beautiful Park with Water Access
Keheewin Blackmud CreekFenced from the highway, you enter the park from a residential street. you can go down the hill to the river and walk along the river for awhile with lots of trees and follow the trail up to the main field. It’s quite large but doesn’t have a trail system. Safe and beautiful area to bring your dog!
