Small room, clean enough but a 2 night stay was over $400. Price gouging during Indian Wells tennis tournament. Cleaning service every 3 days.

Make sure you use Google Maps, not Apple for GPS directions to find it since it is right off Hwy 15 but Apple led us off well before the actual location. Despite being right off the highway the rooms are in a large courtyard well back and it is very quiet. Room 404 has an enclosed carport, king bed, and right beside the open air restaurant for the included full Mexican breakfast - delicious. Would definitely stay again for overnight stop on road trip.

Handy to get to and comfortable clean accommodation. The room is basic but large and well equipped. Quite a good included breakfast from 5:30am consisting of fresh coffee and a large variety of cereals and packaged baked goods, as well as premade/packaged breakfast sandwiches to be heated in the microwave. Friendly staff. Highly recommended.

The low price reflected the basic level of accommodation. Bathroom door frame was grimy but the rest of the room was clean. Heating unit was quite noisy when it was operating. We turned the heat level down to 60 to reduce the frequency of operating. Nice waterfront promenade across the street with grass boulevard to walk your pet.

Apart from having no hot water in the morning, room was very clean and comfortable. Decent value.

This hotel was an oasis after a long day of driving. The parking lot is expansive and the lobby is wide open and welcoming with a very friendly and helpful front desk agent. Room rates were very reasonable and the room was clean and comfortable for us and our big dog (95 lbs). Would definitely stay here again if we choose to drive to Mexico.

This is a great choice for a family with a big dog. Large parking lot and grassy areas for walking and breakfast included. You can park near your room with both a front entrance and secure rear entrance. Our room was "compact" but clean and well located on first floor near to the entrance so we could take our dog out without having to use elevators or long walks down hallways. The included breakfast was simple but adequate in selection. Lost a star for having no hot fresh coffee in the morning!
