Needs some TLC

The photos make the rooms look better than they are. My particular room clearly stated no smoking and pets. I paid the extra charge for one pet. I was expecting to pay for a room that smelled a little bit like a bar tavern. When the exhaust fan was running the strongest smell of cigarette smoke was very present. I guess past patrons used the bathroom to sneak smokes in the wintertime or the ventilation systems
connect to rooms that allow smoking. The room also lacked a closet or an area to hang clothing. The blanket in the bedding also had numerous cigarette burns on it and the lobby failed to restock coffee cups to allow patrons a morning cup of coffee. Love’s was across the highway anyway. This hotel needs a serious remodel and management change.
