Rooms very clean. Staff very friendly and courteous. Coffee available all day if necessary. Breakfast bar had good choices. Dog service area needed bags and that probably would have helped to keep the area cleaner.

The photos make the rooms look better than they are. My particular room clearly stated no smoking and pets. I paid the extra charge for one pet. I was expecting to pay for a room that smelled a little bit like a bar tavern. When the exhaust fan was running the strongest smell of cigarette smoke was very present. I guess past patrons used the bathroom to sneak smokes in the wintertime or the ventilation systems
connect to rooms that allow smoking. The room also lacked a closet or an area to hang clothing. The blanket in the bedding also had numerous cigarette burns on it and the lobby failed to restock coffee cups to allow patrons a morning cup of coffee. Love’s was across the highway anyway. This hotel needs a serious remodel and management change.
