The parking is only street and it is situated by the street car that runs by every 5-10 minutes so it gets loud. No grass except by the fence. I’m giving the stars because they are least had a water fountain, the cute sign and mural by the train, and seemed to have a decent amount of seating (but no shade). The small dog park looked much better, still no grass, but more shade it seemed
