Not great

Check-in was great. Friendly front desk staff and they welcomed my dog with excitement. The room TV wouldn’t stop looking for a signal. We were going out to explore so we asked the staff to have someone look at it. Come back to it doing the same thing; can’t watch because it’s literally freezing up every minute or so. The hotel was very empty. Instead of moving us, I was asked if we wanted a voucher for a drink at the bar for our inconvenience. No thanks, we don’t drink. We ended up with a voucher for the breakfast buffet. Cold food, wet, gritty eggs and warm juices. Oh yeah, and we also booked this hotel because of the indoor pool. It was “down for maintenance.” By looking at it, it has been for awhile. I do not recommend staying here.
