Was very grateful that they took dogs and it was clean and the air conditioning worked well. However, no place for the dogs to do their potty. There was one tiny tiny piece of turf but no grass at all. Totally cement. That was extremely disappointing. And the room only had one accessible plug-in.

We were traveling for a month post radiation treatment for me. This was absolutely my worst night of the entire trip. Room was nice and staff was good, but it was so noisy with barking dogs and slamming doors we didn’t sleep ALL night. Then found out I was charged $155.00 for a dog cleaning fee. Our little dog did not bark ONCE, slept on his blanket and had NO accidents in the room. I called and complained and they reversed the fee BUT that charge was ridiculous and should never have been charged. I will never return. The noise there was definitely NOT worth the price of that room

It was exactly what we needed. The staff was incredible, the room very clean and it was quiet. We had a very restful night which was exactly what we needed!!! Definitely would go back

it was an ok place. Internet not good and the cleaning supplies they use are absolutely way too strong. Anyone with allergies would have a very hard time there. Staff very nice and room was spacious.
