No dog bed, no dog treats, no dog greeting. We did not want an ADA room. Got one any way. Bed was almost on the floor, so difficult for tall people to get out of. Shower with a shower curtain spilled water all over the floor causing a danger. Lip to enter ADA bathroom was a trip hazard for people not in a wheelchair. Bedroom faces pool so we were privy to extremely loud hip hop music while trying to sleep. No shower mat was provided. People tried to enter our room at least a dozen times, including at midnight. We were supposed to have a balcony with a view. Our view was a parking lot and an unoccupied business. Breakfast at 7am was pretty much nonexistent, as reported in other reviews. Find another place to stay. This place does not live up to its billing. Would post photos but no way to add them.

Food was fair. Have to go in to order and leave dog unattended outside.

The spa was wonderful. Great location for our stay, convenient to where we needed to go. First floor room so it was easy to outside for potty breaks for our pup.

Had a great meal with my dog and a friend. Staff was very welcoming. We’ll be back!
