When we arrived, our (prepaid) king room with sleeper sofa was not available and we were moved to a smaller queen room and not offered a refund. Upon entering the room, the carpet appeared stained. The kitchenette and bathroom laminate flooring was slippery, and upon trying to wipe up the slipperiness, the towel came up black from whatever was on the floor. On a positive note, the sheets and towels were clean. I would not stay at this hotel again.
