We did arrive later in the evening (9:30) and were given their "last" room. The receptionist was very polite, despite being busy. However the room's AC did not work, and the curtains were ripped so we couldn't Crack the window. The beds were fairly comfortable,. Noise from the floor above and the hallway was very noticeable. Fortunately, most people settled down by 11. Breakfast was fine with limited but abundant amounts.
