We were welcomed to a clean and comfortable room. Staff was polite and friendly.

Other than the moldy ceiling tiles (note that have an environmental company that writes mold removal and prevention/limiting protocols every day of the week for 23 years), this could have been easily and inexpensively repaired without placing people AND pets in harms way. Other than that, it was a nice stay. Great outside lighting that did not blind you, and a courteous staff. Wish I could have given it a five star review but mold exposure is VERY dangerous.

High room humidity and filthy floors.

Horrible uncleanliness. After seeing all the black dirt come off my feet in the shower (mind you I insist on clean feet and do not go barefooted after), I took a hand towel and damped it to wipe the floor. It ended up a heavy blackish brown.
