If you need a pit stop and are checking out the falls this place will work. Staff was friendly and accommodating for myself and two large dogs. Room was spacious, had ice machine and pool. Just know it’s pretty dirty around the outside, and the exterior doors to the hallways and rest of building were unlocked at all hours. But for the price and location to falls, it's worth it.
