We love On The Border even more now that we know we can take our dogs. We were there at lunchtime and it was pretty busy, but the waiter still took the time to bring out water.

There aren’t many dog friendly places in Lubbock, so this was a great find. We were the only ones on the patio while there, but great service and a friendly waitress. The food was good and reasonably priced. We will definitely go back the next time we’re in town.
