Big Room

We had a 2nd floor room suite with 2 Queen beds. The room was Large consisting of 1 bedroom and Living room with wet bar. The room was very out dated and old but clean. The staff was friendly enough and we did not encounter any problems with our visit. The weather was unpredictable and we had to stay an extra 5 hours longer than planned due to extreme flood warnings. We ended up staying for the breakfast because we could not leave at 5AM due to bad weather. Breakfast was ok, normal powdered scrambled eggs with biscuits and country gravy. Also waffles and pancakes and fruit and yogurt, just regular breakfast items you would find with a free breakfast. It wasn't great but it was acceptable.

There was a lot of green grass around the property for my small maltipoo to relieve herself. My dogs makes frequent potty trips during the late night and early hours and I felt safe taking her to and from the hotel room and outside to the grassy areas alone with out my husband. There was a 24 hour front desk person also which made me feel safer. The fee for my dog was $35 for the night. I would recommend this hotel if you are passing through the area and staying one night. If staying longer I would probably find a nicer newer or updated hotel.
