We arrived at our location and the front desk clerk said our room will not be ready for another hour even though check-in was at 3 pm. We returned and an hour and a half later and now it was a male clerk and he said they were still cleaning and apologized. I asked for a room on the first floor because of our dogs and my husband’s bad back. 5:30pm rolls around and we finally checked in and I asked for the first floor. He said they were fully booked but half the parking lot was empty. Some of the rooms had long term residents also. The room was also dirty which had mold and dried stains on the wall. They had a lil patch for pet relief that needs to be replaced. The hotel also contacted parking for the construction workers during the day which made it difficult to leave cuz they took up a lot of space.
