The area is a little rough in that Battle Mountain is not much to look at but the Comfort Inn is a beacon of light and comfort! The staff person was charming, the room was fresh, clean and…you guessed it…comfortable! Truman felt like a king!

Super delicious food presented beautifully in a casual water side setting! What a find!

The only reason we didn’t give it 5 bones is because the room was somewhat dated which might put people off but it was clean and in good condition and unlike newer hotels VERY ROOMY! Which translated into more than enough room for our us 3 and our 2 doggos. We had a lovely patio out our back door with a little grassy area that made for a nice place to just chill with a glass of wine and a Milk Bone and look out at the estuary. The milk bones were a gift from the hotel and much appreciated! Truman and Skipper gave it 3 paws up! We’d definitely stay again.
