Not the best

The front desk seemed annoyed that we had a pet and didn’t even acknowledge our dog. We were put in what I assume was their worst room on the first floor. It was fairly clean but the bathtub knob was broken and the tub didn’t drain well. There was a small muddy area in the back to walk your dog but that’s the only pet-friendly thing you will see.

Pet friendly but odd layout

There was a communal water bowl (we don’t use those) and toys by the front door. No issues checking in and room was decently clean but smelled very strange. The odor was strong and we never could figure out what it could be. The room layout was strange as the room is divided from the bathroom by a giant wall. This allowed our dog to be out of sight a lot and I would have preferred a more standard layout. We were placed on the first floor just outside the lobby and had no issues with noise or anything. However, the lobby bar was full with people drinking and playing pool all evening on a weekday, so I imagine it is quite wild on the weekends. Overall, a decent stay. I’d probably look elsewhere when we come through again simply due to the layout.

Our Favorite Stay

Not only is this hotel super nice and clean but they are the most dog friendly hotel we’ve been to so far.
They have you sign a pet waiver but they don’t punish you to ground floor rooms. They also give you a card to hang on your door that lets housekeeping know you have a pet inside. We were placed on the 4th floor. The room was great, open concept and easy to keep an eye on my pup. Beds were very comfy and overall no complaints. One funny issue with the room is that the bathroom door is a sliding door that can easily be opened by doggos. No privacy with fur babies around.
