Very friendly and welcoming. Tucked back a bit in a beautiful location on a hill. The ale was tasty and they do a nice version of that Ohio cracker crust pizza thing. Worth a return visit.

I know, I know. Small-town West Virginia. How good can the 'street tacos' be? Amazing. Fantastic. So good. Hand-made tortillas, fresh ingredients, prepared with restraint and love.
It is reasonably dog friendly too. There are outdoor picnic tables, and a bit of a lawn. Right across the street is the waterfront, with large tracts of grass and a gravel road. It might not be doggy-heaven, but it will do until doggy-heaven gets here.

As noted, there is a special dog door to the patio. Though if traveling solo with your dog, this might not work, given that the human then has to leave the dog's sight to go through the front door and then make his way to the patio. No matter - they let me walk through the main restaurant with Stella, call out a quick order, then proceed to an outdoor table. The patio is spacious and mostly covered, so a light rain is not a deal-breaker.
Specials change regularly, but everything I have eaten there was excellent.
