The staff and service were very friendly and professional. Place was clean. Great location. Beds for us were a bit too hard. But everything else was good.

The beds are extremely uncomfortable, in our opinion of course. The staff are friendly and helpful. The key cards will deactivate if you breathe, meaning they are sensitive to cell phones. The location was perfect to get around without any hassle.

For starters, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I have to say one of the best parts of St. John was the hotel. I had a staff member recommend a place for me to visit, and that visit, made the whole trip worth it. The place is very welcoming for your little furry friends. They even have a lobby dog bowl, which I thought was a nice touch. The rooms are super clean and very spacious room service and the attached restaurant is fantastic. Definitely five out of five. I would recommend this place for anybody searching for a hotel, especially if you have a furry friend with you.

For starters, I usually do not write reviews, but I have to with this place. I really do mean it is a hidden gem. This hotel is one of the newer establishments here in Summerside. The staff or extremely wonderful, friendly, and go above and beyond. They treated our little Shih Tzu like she was welcomed and appreciated. The accommodations are extremely clean. Well kept. We felt like we were staying in a five star hotel. We chose this place because there were no reviews, but it looked really good. We stayed on the fourth floor and the view looking over the ocean was spectacular. I say this with confidence if you book here I guarantee you will not be disappointed. Another worthy mention is the restaurant that is attached to this hotel, the Five Eleven West, is absolutely delicious.
