Found in Rockaway Beach, NY, very dog friendly, cool with dogs hanging out as long as bar patrons don’t complain. Small outside patio and steps from the beach. All the ice cold water they can drink, and freezing cold AC. Get the Piña Colada if you’re a human. Only open in summer (Memorial Day to Labor Day)
