The bare minimum

The staff was really nice and there was a small grass area for the dogs to potty. 3 bones because (as empty as the hotel was) we were assigned a room on the 4th floor after requesting ground floor. The TV is so tiny and across the room and half of the channels listed on the guide weren’t available due to being “out of subscription” so there was nothing to watch. We were just crashing for a night as we traveled so it’s not a big deal. What you pay for is what you get. If you’re looking for an inexpensive place to stay with your pups, this will do.

Clean, easy to access

Room was clean and as described. It was easy access for a travel inn. It's next to a hospital/clinic but we didn’t hear any sirens. Didn’t give 5 rating because the shower was only hot for 1 minute before remaining ice cold for the rest of my shower. The staff was inconsistent with times and amenities (the fitness center was closed before 6pm when advertised and listed as 10pm), and the staff slid the receipt under the door in the early morning hours before 7am which woke our dogs and caused a barking fit because our pups were on the alert. If you’re passing through and need a place to stay with your furry family members, this will do.

Comfy & kind!

We are visiting in the middle of winter so it is CHILLY & blankets of white everywhere. The staff was so friendly and the suites are great. They’re updated, spacious, comfortable and we really appreciated having our own kitchenette with a microwave, full size fridge & a bar with stools. There’s a bedroom separate from the living room which is so helpful & helped us to not feel cramped at all while traveling. Everything was clean. The view was beautiful and there is plenty of space outside to walk your pup for potty breaks.

There are only 2 things I would like to change. First, the bed sheets did have small traces of hair from previous guests dogs, though the sheets were clean. This didn’t bother me, as I know how impossible it is to get EVERY dog hair from a sheet. The second thing is that I found a lady bug crawling on the bed pillow, and a little later I found a mysterious bug climbing the curtains. Otherwise, the stay was great & we would stay here again!
