Hidden it was

We tried this place out today for breakfast. The service was great! It’s small and quaint and wet didn’t have a reservation but they easily accommodated my husband and I and our two doggies. They brought them fresh water and made them feel at home.
My husband has the country fried steak which he really enjoyed.
I had the smoked salmon omelette. It was tasty but not something I would order again. A bit salty for my taste but that’s what happens when you venture.
We split an order or the ricotta pancakes which were good but I felt like something was missing from them.
All in all I give it a 7/10.

Enervated Mexican Dining

Fish Gaucho

Absolutely delicious!! I was a bit skeptical about dining here since I am first generation and Mexican food is my daily but my husband and I have it a shot due to the patio seating being very a comfortable setting for our two small fur babies.
I’ll start with the staff being super friendly and accommodating to our boys. they had plenty of room to sit/lay and take on the view of the patrons.
There food and service was excellent! Yes a bit “pricey for Mexican” but this isn’t a hole in the wall fast food or a sit down where food is over salted or oily. they really do use fresh ingredients and create an elevated version of The favorites.
We started with chips and salsa that were crispy and fresh and the salsas (3) were flavorful and addicting. There do give you refills.
My husband had the Chile Verde plate and he left the plate dry. the meat was juicy and tender with the jalapeño mashed potatoes and sunny side egg leaving you wanting more.
I had the sea bass that was cooked to perfection. Soft and buttery with the skin nicely crisped. The broccolini and mushrooms were exquisite.
For dessert we had the brown sugar butter cake. OMG!! what a treat. This was by far the best butter cake we’ve had. the fresh strawberries oozing out. the cream light and a hint of tartness and the chocolate was just the icing it needed.
My compliments to the chef! This is a place I am willing to drive back 4 hours for just to enjoy another great meal.

Great Wine and Staff

Thoroughly enjoyed the experience!
I’ll start with the staff and guests who were super friendly and welcoming to my husband and I and our2 fur babies.
The location was easy to find and beautiful and relaxing. We sat in the patio for a bit with our dogs and enjoyed the Al fresco experience. We then moved indoors and relaxed while we waited for the cave tour which was so nice and informative. And the aroma of wine down there. Yum!!
The tastings and tour were complimentary and did not disappoint. The Zinfandel was nice and crisp and the last pour (I believe it was a Cabernet) was bold and snuck up on me delicious!
We also got a cheese plate for 2 that we thoroughly enjoyed. Even the pups had a taste.
