Nice clean friendly neighborhood dog park

Conveniently off Hwy 10. Seems very new. Nice medium size fenced area, shaded, with water and clean. Small family group having a kid party in the park area, so friendly vibe. Bathroom was clean and supplied.

Thorns and very unsafe environment

The fencing, picnic tables, water source were well made but that’s where it ends. There is no turf, both small and large dog areas are covered in the low growing sharp thorny weeds. There was a lady lying on one side with her dogs leashed to her. On the other side was a person lying on the ground with an overflowing cart. Dirty with feces everywhere. Five police officers walking around there. The restroom close by had blatant drug activity. The nearby kids jungle gym had homeless underneath. Just not a safe place. Don’t waste your time here. We were on a long road trip and were not familiar with Tucson.

Great food! Great Service!

Vibrant and comfy place with a nice raised wooden patio in the back, three tables with umbrellas. Drive around to the back and there’s also parking right there. Brought out a nice bowl of water for “Starla”. Theme is Alaska. We had the Kodiak burger (Elk and Beef) and their salad special. Servings were big. Our friends joined us and brought their Great Dane. They also loved the food. The staff were super accommodating and sweet with the dogs. We will definitely come here again!

Quick stop off the 70

Starla had a great time getting her wiggles out at this beautifully maintained grassy dog park along the river.

A must stop for great food with your doggie!

Our first stop here while in Medora was such a great experience we came back for a second and third time. The patio is spacious and the weather was perfect (There were no bugs as mentioned in previous reviews so they must have taken care of that). Our first dinner there I ordered the rib eye steak—-it was great—tender and cooked medium rare as I like and my husband loved his blue cheese burger. The next day for lunch we both ordered the fish tacos which were excellent, made with fresh quality fish and a nice sauce and being from San Diego we’re pretty picky about our fish tacos. After a scenic drive around the area , we came back for thin crust pepperoni pizza and pretzels. We toasted our goodbye to Boots and Medora with Manhattans made beautifully by our attentive waitress and bartender Bree. Oh, and Starla, our puppy, also highly recommends Boots: A definite stop our next trip to Medora.

Comfy with Quality Food

We happened upon this coffee spot while waiting for our car. Their coffee is roasted right there, we had the Krave which had butter and coconut oil..rich goodness. We also had the toasted cheese with avocado and bacon. The croissant bread is made fresh daily and made the sandwich nice and light. They said we could be either inside or outside with our dog Starla which was nice because it was a bit chilly outside. We will make a point to return!

Back Patio Area is Comfortable

Went there on a busy Friday night and were seated with our mini Aussie in the enclosed back patio area. They do serve alcoholic drinks there. Our cocktails were really good. The server suggested the unseasoned shredded chicken for our puppy. It came chilled which I liked so I didn’t have to wait for it to cool down before giving to Starla. We had the Pho which was great! We will definitely be back.

Great Place! Unique Local Old School

Very welcoming! Dogs are allowed inside they also have an outdoor patio. Starla, our mini Aussie was offered a treat right away by our waitress, Lindsey. Massive breakfast plate! I got the steak and eggs—thin sliced rib-eye took up half the large plate..tender exceeded my expectations. Husband got the chicken fried steak, delicious gravy. Also enjoyed a great Bloody Mary. There’s an off the menu “breakfast shot” we politely asked for (it was not busy so Lindsey had time to make). Was really a nice change to be inside a restaurant with Starla.

Great Burgers Super Dog Friendly

Our new go to! Owner Mike welcomed us and gave our mini Aussie a treat. We sat in the cozy covered patio area. My husband and I had the burgers , fries, tots, glass of wine, and a beer. Starla, our Aussie, had the chicken. All were great! Nice little heater, big screen with football, and tunes played. They even have a little parking lot which is hard to find in OB.

Looks beautiful but couldn’t park

We came by around noon on a Wednesday. Looks very well maintained. We came here because we just groomed our mini Aussie and didn’t want a dirt dog park. We circled a couple of times but couldn’t find any parking. We’re not from around here so maybe we missed something. Both Apple and Google led us to try to turn right into a gated community. Website didn’t have any suggestions for parking. Gave an optimistic 5 “bones” for potential.

Cozy warm patio

Hailey our waitress was wonderful. We were going to sit outside but she welcomed us to sit inside the enclosed patio (It was about 48 degrees out). She bought water for Starla and when we ordered the grilled chicken for her, the cook made sure it wasn’t seasoned and was cut in small pieces. We ordered a large combo pizza and it was great. Cute ambiance. Easy to get on and off Hwy 40.

Warm, cozy, enclosed patio on a cold November night

Immediately welcomed to come onto the huge enclosed patio and they cranked up the heat even though we were the only ones there. Quickly brought out a Cabernet, Pepsi, and 2 appetizers…our burgers soon followed which we appreciated since we still had 5 hours of driving to go. “Starla” enjoyed the unseasoned chicken breast we ordered for her :). A wonderful experience. The Barn is on our return list!

Great Food! Outside patio with heater

Came here late on a cold 34f Saturday night on a road trip to Pennsylvania from San Diego and needed to get a bite before crashing at hotel. Our mini Aussie, Starla, also needed a little break to get some wiggles out. Even though it was dark and cold, the staff here went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable on the outdoor patio. Ordered a wood fired pizza and artichoke dip, wine, and a coke. Really hit the spot! All exceeded our expectations. They welcomed our puppy with no hesitation. We will definitely hit them on our trip back.

Extremely spacious!

So glad to find this spot in Bring Fido on our cross country road trip. Brought our mini Aussie to the fenced in area to the left. Entirely covered with grass, additional fenced areas on the surrounding hill. Three other dogs on a sunny November afternoon so she had lots of fun running and playing. Owners were attentive. Adding this to our favorites!

Very cozy, clean, wonderful staff

Just be careful walking your dog around the areas on the outside of the restaurant, there are a lot of sharp, thorny, burrs. There were also some that blew onto the patio area where we ate. Perhaps it was just due to the time of year we were there. It’s nothing against the restaurant, just wanted to give a heads up to check you puppy’s paws.
