Passing through Bangor and stopped here to let our dog have some exercise. It was very clean and shady. There were other friendly dogs there. It was pretty hot out and there were two kiddy pools set up next to a hose to let the dogs cool off. Nice little park, enjoyed our time there.

Some of the locals told me it was a relatively new dog park in town. We only saw two other dogs on two separate visits, so I don’t think it is frequently visited, but it’s fully fenced and they have some poop bags and bin available. We were very thankful for a spot to throw the ball for our GSD.

Our pup seemed to enjoy the UFO spacewalk. It was very silly, good for kids and well behaved dogs that don’t spook easily. Our dog enjoyed checking out each scene. It was worth the money to see her wondering what the heck was going on!
