We picked this place because it stated that the rooms have been totally remodeled. That is not true. All the furniture looks extremely used. Walls with patches that were not painted, wood trim rotted, carpet not clean. We would have left and gone somewhere else except they do not refund. We also were not aware that the name Tower 64 refers to the CO amendment 64. So no smoking in the rooms actually means no tobacco but pot is ok. So our room smelled horrible. People outside our room at 3:30 in the morning screaming. Terrible night stay. Staying with name brand hotels/motels from now on.
