Very dog friendly, and we Had the BEST meal!! Shrimp and grits were great, blackened flounder and the gumbo were very flavorful, and so much Low Country Boil we couldn't finish it!!! Michael our server was friendly, efficient, answered ALL our questions (we had many) and made us feel very welcome. Blue also enjoyed a taste of the clam chowder. A fantastic experience!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Hotel is older and definitely shows it. The room needed paint and some minor cosmetic repairs, but the bed was clean and comfy. Had NO problem registering with my dog, desk clerk was really friendly and nice.

We were on the road and looking for a dog-friendly place, and boy did we find it!

The food is really good, the staff was friendly and efficient, and they have a number of tables outdoors for folks with pets. The outside of the building could use a coat of paint, but since we were here in March, that may be something on their to-do list for this spring/summer. Either way, the food, and the dog-friendly atmosphere are worth the slightly rough exterior.
