We came for a weekend for my boyfriend’s birthday. The room was clean, and the grounds were nice for the dogs. We ordered room service for breakfast which ended up being us picking it up ourselves at the restaurant. It rained the whole time, so we ended up wiping my Boston Terriers paws off with one washcloth to prevent getting footprints everywhere. They ended up charging me $30 to replace “towels that were visibly damaged.” When I disputed it with the supervisor via phone, he cut me off and told me I was out of luck. It could have been a better experience.
