Do Not Take your dog here!!!

I left my dog here last July and he was returned to me with severely infected puncture wounds throughogght his face. Staff never made me aware there was an accident and he went 5-6 days without any medical care. If he had gone much longer he could’ve died from the infection. I posted the photos on my Facebook and it has been shared about 6k times: Petsmart told me they will not refund me until I take down my social media post and never mention the situation again. I am dedicated to making sure dogs stop suffering at Petsmart! My post will not come down! Please never leave your dog here or any location, I am finding horror stories are quite normal and common here!
