We came here with our pup during the off season (end of April) and had a great stay! The rooms were nice, clean, ac/heat unit in the room was great for chilly nights, my dog loved walking the beach and the views were seriously amazing. When I first called to book I was told the whole property was dog friendly so I assumed my dog could come with us to eat at their restaurant on property but since it was off season I didn’t see any outside seating so dogs weren’t allowed. Which I totally understand but was disappointed because I heard their restaurant “The Halyard” had great food. Anyway, the soundview is ~6 minutes from greenport village and ~10-20 minutes from wineries and breweries which have some outdoor dog friendly options. Would definitely come back!

When we first arrived the bar was crowded so I was a little worried how our dog would do but the hostess and staff were so kind they gave ny dog treats, all stopped in to give her a little pet and we were seated at one of the hightop tables by the bar. Food, service and drinks were delicious

We came here in the spring (off season) after walking the boardwalk and were seated right away. They have a dog menu with unseasoned burgers, turkey meat, and pup cups, and even gave out little bandanas for each dog that ordered off the menu. Great day out.

We’ve been here multiple times since moving to this neighborhood & our pup is always welcomed with pets and a bowl of water.

The staff is dog friendly, they give out dog treats (they did ask permission before doing so first), had dog water bowls available and dogs can be seated inside or out

It was too cold to sit outside so all the dogs were welcome inside at the bar. There were water bowls, and toys for sale
