Clean rooms, good location across the street from small strip mall, good areas around the parking lot to walk the dog, friendly staff. Best hot breakfast we had in our trip: eggs, bacon, hash browns, French toast strips, fresh yogurt, cinnamon rolls, a delicious yogurt berries granola honey parfait and best hotel coffee.

The hotel is older but still in nice condition. There are not really any green areas for walking the dog but there are nearby residential streets that worked out fine. When staying in Berkeley, this hotel is a good option as it is not as chaotic as it is closer to the university.

No issues. There are some green areas around the hotel for walking the dog. The room was clean. I would stay there again. Breakfast was provided but it was very limited.
