I went on May 14 so the season is not in full swing yet. The staff were all great and the other passengers were also very accommodating. You have to stand and it can be a tight squeeze. My pup took it all in stride. We just went up and walked the boardwalk so spent about an hour. There is an option to hike farther up. Not to be missed if you are here.

I walked from my accommodation. The patio was busier than others. Service was quick and friendly. They have water bowls for the dogs. I ordered the Korean Fried Chicken. It was excellent. I am here in May so not high season yet. It was nice to actually sit down and have dinner with my favourite travel companion.
