I was video calling my son in FL while in awe that being a native Az in Phx 26yrs never having been here n enjoying GORGEOUS wild flowers n 🦋 🦋 then not 300yds further up trail biker passed us stopped on trail lit up Crack pipe whilst sitting next to tree on path with SYRINGE stuck into it.

Just be cognizant of ur surroundings keep eyes/ears open and come early in AM , bring water cause only water is at trail head.

Very friendly staff. It's just a big area to walk around n enjoy historical buildings but made for a nice hour of entertainment.
