Lovely Oceanfront Bluffs

Love this location on the bluffs. The fire pits are nice to gather around and meet friendly people. Cool staff. Old school vibe here. Very safe for women traveling alone and super dog friendly with so many other friendly dog lovers and their pets out and about on the bluffs. Hear the waves from the windows in the coastal view rooms. Nice pools and hot tubs. Very nice, clean, and a small fitness center. Restaurant on site. This area is a sleepy low key coastal area with just some local surfers who come to the beach. Stayed twice in March 2024 and in August in 2022.

Only downside we noticed this March was the fireplace in our Coastal View room smelled super smoky even though we did not use it. The smell was like a campfire smoke. I think others using there fireplaces in our building must have shared vents or something. If you are allergic to smoke smell or have asthma the fireplace rooms might not work. Try a standard room up near restaurant or main road. You'd also need to close windows at sunset if you are in the coastal view building due to smoke that blows in from fire pits from ocean breeze. Also, no way to cool down the rooms but being on coast, it doesn't get too hot.
