We loved it! It’s a simple motel without anything specific for pets, but the tidiness and the recent renovation were definitely the best parts. The café at the reception was also a nice bonus, with good options for coffee and breakfast.

It’s a good price accommodation that doesn’t charge for pets with breakfast included. The room was too dark and the furniture looks outdated. Big fridge with loads of space but it’s a bit loud at night.

The night shift staff was very welcoming and pet our dog. Harry, our dog, got some treats, a ball and some poop bags.

We expected more flexibility from a place with such high ratings. We asked to postpone housekeeping by just two hours, as we planned to leave at 11 am, but the staff refused and insisted it had to start at 10 am. The pool was overly heated — after 20 minutes we felt dizzy. During housekeeping, the garbage was not removed. The bedsheets has some black dog hair on it and one of the towels was stained which clearly shows that we were in a pet exclusive room. The air vent was extremely dirty, and the A/C was loud and likely dusty, as I developed a stuffy nose while staying there. On the positive side, they do provide a generously sized dog bed, water and food bowls, some poop bags, a pet toy, and treats. The laundry facilities were also very convenient. Coffee and teas were offered daily for free.

We didn’t have much interaction with the staff as we arrived late at night. Overall a good place to stay with your pet with easy access to car and grass for potty (with poo bags available) and no additional pet fees!

The hotel allow pets, price is reasonable for Chicago. They charge $20 for parking even though the parking lot looks pretty awful. Also don’t expect for the staff to be super welcoming.

The hotel is a bit outdated but overall clean. Our doggie was really well treated by the front desk.

Although the room we stayed at was big, it didn't have soundproofing at all. We literally heard someone starting a car at 3am as they were in our room. I even checked if the windows were open but they were closed. The rooms are pretty outdated and besides the noises from outside, our room was across the ice machine. The pet fee was reasonable compared to others and it was properly cleaned but wouldn’t stay there again.
