I would have given a 5, but accessibility and noise pollution play a factor. Parking is near Conoco gas station, follow the bath path a half mile down and it's on your left. Lots of space to sit and swim, including picnic benches. Again, traffic and trains are loud if your dogs are sensitive to noise. And the pavement could be too hot for them in summer. Overall a good spot to visit.
