Not only was this the most expensive stay on a two week trip, the room was dingy (but clean). The tub had a duct tape patch. I would not stay there again unless there was no alternative.

Covered outdoor picnic tables with a view of the river. And good beer.

We were welcomed on the deck with our greyhound. Mesquite grilled catfish was excellent.

For an overnight stay, this was adequate given the price. $50 damage deposit is annoying. Very limited grass area to walk the dog.

Ding: $75 pet fee. If you are staying only one day, this doubles the room price! Plusses: full mini kitchen includes stove and dishwasher. Park behind the hotel is a great place to walk your dog. Always open “store” with honor system purchase and free breakfast.
