For the price I was expecting more. Was disappointed to book this and upon check in find out there was construction going on especially on the weekends. At that point what are you suppose to do when it’s late upon check-in and all you want is a bed or shower. Should be advertised or at least cheaper rooms. The grounds are beautiful, the rooms looked nice with the decor but was confused when I couldn’t get the new thermostat on the wall to turn on. Oh bc it’s not even hooked up to the AC under the window. So you still have to turn it on from the unit itself. The windows were paper thin. The only thing I liked about this place were the grounds. It was pretty, green, and felt like you were in a hidden tropical paradise

This place used to be the old best western and has since been gutted, remodeled and bought out. Check in was easy and great. The breakfast in the morning was delicious. The rooms were quiet and spacious. Would recommend staying here 10/10

Grew up in the area and the Carlton Hotel was a big deal when it was built. Stayed here for a few nights for the holidays. The room was spacious for my dog and I we stayed in a deluxe room. It was quiet place to stay. Great restaurants across the street, nice beer garden also across the street.
