Momma to 2 human babies and 1 cockapoo fur baby (Riley). My husband and I are hoping to find dog-inclusive, family adventures!

We were welcomed so warmly and found our room already prepared with a very large memory foam dog bed and water/food bowls. Keith at the front desk surprised us with a room upgrade at no extra charge (I booked a normal Fairmont room but we opened the door to a larger accessible room with a small salon & sofabed). This is a beautifully appointed hotel and the staff are so caring and attentive. The warm pool & hot tub on the 6th FL was a hit with the kids! While the restaurants do not allow non-service pets, you may leave your dogs in the hotel room IF they are ok being alone while you’re downstairs to dine. We left Riley for a little over an hour to have dinner at Bistro Le SAM, which was fantastic! Excellent experience all around.

Excellent stay for our dog, and her humans. Beds were clean and comfy. Riley got her own dog bed, water/food bowls and extra treats. Hotel concierge, cleaning, and restaurant staff were very accommodating. We were able to eat inside the Strand Cafe with Riley, although farthest from the center where most diners were situated. The restaurant food was good but the service can be a bit slow. We have stayed twice and won’t hesitate to stay again if our travels take us back to Ithaca.

Riley enjoyed her Frankie all-beef patty, and her humans LOVED their burgers, hot dogs & shakes, too. There are about 4-5 outdoor tables that can easily accommodate a family of 5. However there are currently no patio umbrellas to shield from the sun, so wear your sunhats/sunscreen if you go during the day. So happy to have this pup-friendly burger joint in town!

Had dinner here on a random, rainy Tuesday night. We were warmly welcomed with our pup and promptly seated in their outdoor, covered dining area. We all enjoyed our meal and were happily surprised to find a dog menu! Our furbaby happily enjoyed her unseasoned grilled chicken cubes with potato bits and rice.
