We stayed here thinking that we could leave the pet quietly unattended cause that’s what their site implied. When we checked in, the staff informed us that pets cannot be left unattended, which seemed different from the information on their website. Their website states: 'What if my dog barks when I'm not in my guest room? Barking and noise that is disruptive to other guests is not allowed. The hotel will contact the pet's owner via the cell phone number provided at check-in upon the first complaint about their pet. Upon receipt of two noise or disruptive behavior complaints, the guest may be required to make alternative arrangements for their pet.' But that's NOT CORRECT.

When we checked in today, they said they cannot be left unattended. When we inquired further regarding it, showing them what’s on their site they said, “We are not forcing you to not leave the dog here but if you did and we cannot contact you we will have to charge you for any complaints to compensate other hotel occupants." CLEARLY that's not on their policy.

I asked them further about what is the computation of the compensation and how will we make sure that there are really complaints regarding this. Because clearly they could take advantage of this and just say stupid stuff that is not even happening. They couldn’t answer that questions and was just saying to me that I couldn’t get mad even if it's not on their policy and that he’s just telling what will happen and that he cannot keep on repeating this over and over and that we should just take the dog with us so that we shouldn’t have this problem. Don't stay here!
