I stayed in this hotel with my dog. The location is central, the room was wonderful, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The restaurant was nice, albeit a bit pricey. The only real complaint was the most expensive rate I have encountered for the pet fee. I have stayed in many hotels with my dog in many countries, but this rate was eye opening. If budget was not a consideration I would rate my stay a 5/5.

This hotel has friendly staff, is central, the rooms are great, and it is very clean. I found it good value in comparison to other hotels I stayed at in Germany and other countries in Europe.

I have stayed here now several times with my dog and each time I enjoy more than the last. Centrally located in downtown Lviv it is an easy walk to the sites in and near the old city. Staff are courteous and professional, the rooms are very clean and spacious, the hotel has a certain character, it is quiet, and the restaurant is wonderful. The view from the restaurant is beautiful at anytime of day, the food is great and the staff there are friendly. I will stay here again when in Lviv.

This quaint hotel was a pleasure to stay at. The rooms are a style that gives you the sense you are in a historic place. It was spotless, comfortable, and aesthetically interesting. The only downside was the bed was small - something I have learned is common in this part of the world. My dog enjoyed the stay as well. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

I stayed in this hotel with my German Shorthaired Pointer dog. The hotel staff were welcoming and helpful during check-in and then later with subsequent questions. The room was sized well by some European standards, very clean, functional and comfortable. The restaurant allowed pets, which was great. All in all a very good experience.
