We stayed here for one night as a family traveling with our pit bull. The hotel itself was wonderful. Very clean, staff were friendly and loved giving our dog attention. While it was conveniently located in relation to our drive, we quickly realized it just may not be the nicest part of town. Our hotel room faced a 7-Eleven directly across the street and there was a constant influx of individuals who were clearly under the influence.
One building up from that was what seemed like a church that provides community outreach to that population, so at times there were larger groups of people hanging out there as well. The one night that we stayed there was a heavy police presence at that gas station later in the evening, and it’s worth mentioning that there was also an automated message played throughout the evening letting 7-Eleven patrons know that the building was under surveillance and we could hear that clearly from our room. Overall, loved the hotel (great continental breakfast!), just didn’t love the show that was constantly outside our window.

Zero complaints about this hotel stay. Our double queen room felt a little less roomy than other hotels, but they make great use of the space. It actually reminded me of a little of Japan when we first walked in. Everything was very clean, staff were super polite and friendly, and the grab-and-go breakfast offerings were great. Plenty of grass outside for our dog to stretch and relieve himself. Front desk associate said the hotel is only about 6 months old (as of June 2024). Would definitely recommend!

This was the busiest hotel we stayed at on a two week road trip that spanned multiple states. We didn’t realize when booking that it is actually connected to another hotel (Tru by Hilton) and the downside of that was that the elevators were centrally located and thus very far away from our room. Our dog had an accident on the way there, and in another instance someone else’s dogs urinated once they got into the elevator. Could be coincidental, but it really was a long walk to the elevator depending on room number. Very clean otherwise though, nice staff when checking in and out, and large rooms. There are no amenities when booking with a pet (no bowls, beds, etc provided).

Only stayed one night, and our first stop on a trip up the Oregon Coast from the Midwest. The location was great-easy to find, nice views, and easy access to the beach from our room with grassy areas before we hit the sand for our dog. The person who checked us in was very friendly and efficient even though she was open about being the only one available at the moment. Our room was bigger than we anticipated and the layout was nice with the bathroom being very separate from the main area.
I had read another review somewhere where someone mentioned the floor being dirty as evident from the bottom of their socks and this was our experience as well. Disappointing but not a deal breaker since we were traveling with a dog and children and are no strangers to a little dust/dirt. The continental breakfast was surprisingly robust and we all left feeling full, happy, and like we had started our trip off on the right foot. If you have the ability to request a specific room, the front desk person told us (and we agreed after seeing the property) that the building we stayed in was the best situated (rooms 400-607). The elevator was still out of order, and even the first floor rooms require going up a few stairs.

Passing through and stayed here for one night. Annoyances were the card reader for entry on the backside of the building never worked and we had to get someone’s attention to be let in each time and the dishes in the cabinets were dirty and the dishwasher in our room was out of order. The beds were comfortable and the room was a nice size with lots of counter space. Overall left feeling like we would not choose to stay here again if we came through the area. Just felt a bit sad and lackluster.

We stayed here for one night on a cross country road trip with our large pit bull. The hotel smelled very nice and clean upon arrival, the staff was pleasant and friendly, and they had dog treats at the front desk. Double Queen room was a good size and quiet during our time there. This hotel has a pool and hot tub but we were not around long enough to utilize. Could see our vehicle in the parking lot from our room and Laramie itself was a nice little town. Would stay here again if we ever come back through
