Gretchen

This is a low cost motel sandwiched between the freeway and a busy road. The area was therefore a bit sketchy, with a trash filled strip between the motel and freeway, with either a current or former homeless camp. There was no dog walk area, and the clientele did not pick up after their dogs wherever they chose to relieve themselves. Being low cost, towels were thin and breakfast consisted of the ubiquitous waffles, oatmeal and cereal. That being said, the room was small but clean, and the bed was fairly comfortable. Vinyl plank floors, which is so much better than filthy stained carpet. Staff was pleasant. No pet fee for one pet. TV worked well. It is fine for a quick one night stop.

This is one of the nicest La Quintas we have stayed in. Room was super clean (even the carpet, which is a rarity), beds were comfortable, and the park-like dog walk area was hands down the best of ANY hotel we have stayed in.
