Wonderful hotel. Very welcoming to us and our poodle. Rooms were quiet. Spy house coffee shop was great. Restaurant was awesome, best pasta we have had in a long time. All staff members were extremely helpful and very knowledgeable of hotel and seemed like they enjoyed their jobs as well. Made us and our dog Shep feel right at home.

Tried staying there for Stonearch Bridge Art festival. Arrived an hour before check-in of 3pm, no big deal. Was told their computer system was down but would be up by 3pm. By 5pm, still waiting. Staff did not keep customers advised to status. I then contacted BringFido, explained reservation dilemma. BringFido contacted me right away and stated they were informed by Aloft that it could be another 4-6 hours before computers were back on line. At no time did Aloft inform all customers waiting in lobby this update. BringFido then went above and beyond by canceling Aloft reservation and worked to get us into another hotel last minute on a Saturday evening. Aloft had very poor service when traveling with pets. Staff just gave up, stopped communicating with customers and sat on their phones.
